Our advisers and support staff are fully set up to work remotely and are well-practised in doing so as it’s been part of our model since we started.
Our technology allows us to carry on our operations and communicate with our clients in full, using our secure online mortgage questionnaire, our digital ID and address verification platform, access to Open Banking, applications such as WhatsApp, Skype and WeChat plus email and phone.
